====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER --------------- 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No.366 of 2006 registered under Sections 304 'B'/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners respectively are elder and younger brother-in-law of the deceased and have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted on investigation the police submitted the final form against the petitioners finding the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47617 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 not true against them while submitted the chargesheet against the other accused.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within four weeks, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua (Kaimur), in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No.366 of 2006,Trial No.3704 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
