The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No 47 of 2015 under Sections 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner put vermillion on the head of his minor daughter and for that petitioner is suffering in custody since 18.04.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Smt. Saroj Kriti, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S.
