2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 435, 436, 120B of the IPC, sections 3⁄4 of th Explosive Substance Act and section 17 of the Cr.L.A. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, FIR named 50 MCC extremists including this petitioner are alleged to have exploded Airtel Mobile Tower at Dumaria Bazaar. Accused persons also put alive cane bomb on the main road of the bazar and fled away. Petitioner has got 15 criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
