A) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction directions commanding the respondents to consider the proposal either to constitute a new Nadwan Block carving out of the existing Dhanarua Block (18 Kms) of Patna District or to merge the Nadwan Panchayat with nearest Masaurhi Block (4.5 Kms) in view of the long due demand of the general public considering administrative convenience and also in the interest of development works for which

Patna High Court CWJC No.15318 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 recommendation of the District Magistrate, Patna was sent long back vide his letter no.80 and 81 both dated 23.1.2013 to the Special Secretary of Rural Development Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna. B) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner and other residents of Nadwan Gram Panchayat are found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the present case.

On an earlier occasion, for the same relief, the petitioner had preferred an application vide CWJC No. 1124 of 2018 (Ashok Kumar and Anr. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.), which was disposed of vide judgment dated 19.02.2019. Against the said order, a contempt application was filed, which was also disposed of vide order dated 04.03.2025, as evident from Annexure-P/11 to the present writ application.

3. Despite this, for the same relief, the present writ application has been filed. We find no merit in the present writ application, and the same stands disposed of. (Sudhir Singh, ACJ) (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Anushka/- U
