JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 3.

23-06-2017 The petition now stands disposed of with a clear caution and warning to all the authorities of the Railway involved in non-compliance of the order dated 16.01.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3911/2014. In fact, the Court is inclined to pass strictures against such persons who are in contempt, but on earnest request made by the counsel for the Railway, the contempt application now stands disposed of, since they have complied with the direction, though quite belatedly. This position is accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
