Having regard to the nature of direct allegation against the petitioner for offence under sections 376 and other allied offences of the Indian Penal Code, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. That being so, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected but nothing said in this order, however, shall come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering and making a prayer for regular bail.
