JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 341,307,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 25(1-B)a/26,27,35 of the Arms Act. The petitioners are named in the FIR. It would appear that there is land dispute between the parties, due to which the petitioners threatened the informant and after accused persons including petitioners, came variously arms and started firing. But there is no allegation of injury on the informant side. In view of the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51728 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure also with condition that the petitioners will co-operate with the investigation as well as in the trial.
