The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
As per the prosecution case, 153.255 litres of liquor was recovered from the premises of the house of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or from his house. He is in custody since 19.11.2021 and has no criminal antecedent.
