2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ujiarpur P.S.Case No. 112 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b) A,26/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 500 grams of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and one country made pistol has been recovered from a co- accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 11.05.2024.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63960 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur in Ujiarpur P.S.Case No. 112 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Ujiarpur Police Station on 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
