Petitioners are in custody in connection with Spl. Case No. 6473 of 2019 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 486 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 39.60 liters of country made wine was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58371 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 petitioners are in custody since 19.7.2019.
Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Spl. Judge Excise Court, Patna, in connection with Spl Case No. 6473 of 2019 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 486 of 2019.
