1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to transfer the petitioner in the district of Gaya/adjacent to Gaya as A.N.M. against the vacant and sanctioned post and also for a direction to grant all other consequential benefits in terms thereof for which petitioner is entitled for."
