Petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.08.2016 in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 425 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per First Information Report Toni Kumari, aged about 17 years, daughter of the informant was allegedly induced by the petitioner to go with him. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. stated that the petitioner was her tutor, he had asked her to flee away from the house. When she reached she was locked up by the petitioner from outside. Thereafter police came and she was recovered. Submission is that the matter appears to be of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50683 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 love-affairs and under pressure of the parents the present case was lodged.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.425 of 2016.
