2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30 (a), 41 (i) of the bihar prohibition and excise act.

3. Prosecution case is that 104.625 liters liquor were recovered from poultry farm of the petitioners.

4. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that recovery has been made from the poultry farm of
