Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 307/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For trivial dispute on the order of this petitioner other co-accused bitterly assaulted causing death of Gagandeo Rai. Allegation of commission of injury at the head of Gagandeo Rai is on co-accused Harendra Rai. Petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2016.

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.

No.50000 of 2016 (3) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur/Successor Court, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.192 of 2016.
