The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No.119 of 2022 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Raju Tiwari. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60697 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Dhaka at Motihari in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No.119 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
