The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Atrocities Act. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and also the fact there is no material in the case diary to implicate the petitioner in the present case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49670 of 2014 (3) dt.22-09-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
