Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent-authority in the Directorate of Mass Education, Government of Bihar, Patna may be directed to take a final decision on the petitioners' representation which is Annexure 3 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17890 of 2015 (2) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 the writ petition. This Court finds that the same does not have any date nor there is any receiving of the said document. However, in view of the limited nature of prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court would dispose of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to make their representation afresh within a period of two weeks before respondent No 3.

Needless to say that if such representation is filed, the respondent-authority would be obliged to dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
