JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2022 In pursuance to the order dated 11.07.2022, the respondents no. 2 and 3 have filed a second supplementary counter affidavit, wherein, in paragraph no. 6, it has been stated that in light of the correction and approval given by the Urban Development & Housing Department, the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Jaya Nagar, District-Madhubani has granted the consequential benefits to the petitioner and has paid the differential amount of salary as well as pension on 08.08.2022 amounting to a sum of Rs. 2,34,359/- through CFMS, accrued on account of approval of sixth pay revision scale to the petitioner on the post of Upper Division Clerk. The benefits of

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the respondent authorities.

Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
