Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After recovery of the dead body of the father of the informant, the F.I.R. was lodged against five persons, including the petitioner on suspicion that father of informant had gone to the market from his house along with the petitioner and others. The matter was reported after some delay to the Police for the reason that the informant resides in Nepal and he lodged the F.I.R. only after he came back to his village. Considering the nature of material and statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let

No.57498 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Mashrak Police Station Case No.21 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
