The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.181 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted the informant by means of lathi, danda, etc. and also threatened to him to not approach the police station. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the allegation as regard to assaulted by means of lathi and danda is not specific against

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer of bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and there is no specific allegation as regard to assault to the informant, where, allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus in nature, let the above-named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.181 of 2022 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
