This is an application seeking extension of time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioner vide order dated 25th September 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24124 of 2014 in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 241 of 2013 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar at Motihari, East Champaran.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioner failed to avail the liberty granted to him vide order aforementioned. In view of the above, as prayed for, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rs. Eight Thousand) with District Legal Services Authority, Motihari, East Champaran, the period to avail the liberty granted vide order aforementioned is extended till 22nd January 2015.
