====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have entered into the house of the informant and caused injury on the person of the son of the informant by means of sword.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned trial court in the impugned order has observed that the injuries are simple in nature. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent, there is previous enmity in between the parties and the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30800 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 languishing in jail custody since 16.01.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

According, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017.
