1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for commanding the respondent by issue of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions

Patna High Court CWJC No.16741 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents to take action against CISF Constable No. 085130016 Surya Prakash Sahani, the respondent no. 7, who used to taunting in public place and threaten for dire consequences to the petitioner, when he was posted at V.R.V.C.L., Nabinagar, Aurangabad (Bihar), but the superior authorities-respondents have not taken any legal action upon them despite several complaints have been made by the petitioner before the competent authorities, even no charge under departmental proceeding has been framed against them."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
