The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 150 pouches (200 ml. each) of country made liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is in custody since 31.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
