1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For quashing of the order dated 04.07.2023 passed by the Collector, Gopalganj in Anganwari Appeal Case No. 12/19 whereby and where under the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj in of the favour of the petitioner in Anganwari Case No.77/2018 dated 19.01.19 has been cancelled.
(ii) For further Respondents be directed to consider the case of petitioner and issue appointment letter for the post of Anganwari Sevika in Anganwari Center no 168 (Khutuha South) at Ward No. 06,

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
