Case No. 06 of 2020 corresponding to Session Trial No.139 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is not the assailant of the deceased and he is in custody since 25.11.2020, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with
