The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 279 of 2022 registered under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after one week. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60769 of 2022(4) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 279 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
