1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. In view of the notification, dated 04.01.2024, bearing Memo No. 11, this writ application is disposed with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority before the Regional Deputy Director Education within a period of one month from today.

3. If such an appeal is filed, the Regional Deputy Director Education shall be obliged to consider the same in accordance with law.
