The petitioner seeks bail in Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 144 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no arms or ammunition has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, rather pistol and cartridge have been recovered from the possession of co-accused. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 07.07.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Udakishunganj, District - Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 144 of 2021.
