2. The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50611 of 2023 to correct the father's name and address of the petitioner and to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to some mistake, the name of the father of petitioner; village and P.S. of the petitioner was mentioned as Babu Rai; Lagama and Madhuban in place of Ram Babu; Fajilpur and Tetariya in the main petition of Cr. Misc. No.50611 of 2023. He further submits that a fresh Vakalatnama with correct father's name, address has been filed in this regard.

4. As such in the order dated 11.08.2023 of Cr. Misc. No.50611 of 2023 , the name of the father of petitioner; village and P.S. of the petitioner be read as Ram Babu; Fajilpur and Tetariya in place of Babu Rai; Lagama and Madhuban.
4. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.279 of 2023, pending in the court of learned Special Judge Excise, Muzaffarpur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
5. The order dated 11.08.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
