The petitioner seeks bail in Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. case No. 127 of 2012 under Section 341, 323, 353, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 62, 63, 31 of Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006.

The informant alleged that he raided M/s New Ganga Sagar Sweets of Pawan Kumar situated in Khemnichak, Patna but owner of the shop did not show any license. It is alleged that during the course of raid petitioner and others came, assaulted the raiding party and torn documents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29113 of 2017 (2) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 10.12.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20656 of 2013 but the petitioner did not surrender in court. The petitioner is in jail since 15.04.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Patna in Special Case No. 01/2014, arising out of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2012.
