JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Petitioner is in custody since 24.5.2014 in relation to Ramnagar P.S.Case No. 81 of 2014 for offences under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending before Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran.

It is alleged by the informant that on seeing two persons trying to flee they were intercepted. From the pocket of the petitioner 83 fake currency notes of Rs.1,000/- each were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court. Be that as it may, I am not inclined to entertain this application in view of the fact that 83 fake currency notes of Rs.1,000/- each were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47061 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

The trial may be expedited.
