Prayer is for modification of father's name of petitioner No.3 Umesh Rai in the order dated 09.08.2019. Submission is that Umesh Rai is son of Deoki Rai. However, due to inadvertence in the bail application it was wrongly typed as Umesh Rai son of Ramdeo Rai.

The error is typographical one. The application for modification stands allowed.
