JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 21.09.2022, issued by the Circle Officer, Kudhani, DistrictMuzaffarpur, i.e. the respondent no.3, but since by the said notice dated 21.9.2022, only an explanation has been sought for from the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file his objections/reply to the aforesaid notice dated 21.09.2022. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16400 of 2022(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 It is needless to state that in case, appropriate reply/objection is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall consider the same, in accordance with law, and pass the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter and till then, status quo, existing as on today qua the land/house of the petitioner in question, shall be maintained.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
