This is a petition for issuance of the writ/direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to investigate Mohania P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 in view of Complaint Case No. 268 of 2014.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State and it has been submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case.

Having regard to the fact counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State and charge sheet has been submitted, hence no order required to be passed.
