Appeal of the petitioner bearing P.D.S. Appeal No. 301/2018, which has been filed against the order of cancellation of P.D.S. Licence No. 32/2007.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the Respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of three months from today. The present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
