Mr.Humayou Ahmad Khan ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 While seeking anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. 46306 of 2019, the petitioner had mentioned "ACJM- XI Rohtas at Sasaram, to whose satisfaction, the petitioner could be released on bail.

Petitioner's application was allowed by an order dated 26.07.2019, accordingly, with direction to furnish bail bonds and sureties to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XI, Rohtas at Sasaram. This application has been filed seeking modification, stating, that instead of "ACJM-III", "ACJM-XI" was typed inadvertently in Cr. Misc. No.46306 of 2019.

In the above background, the petitioner seeks modification in the order of this Court dated 26.07.2019 by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56269 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 recording that the petitioner should be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of "ACJM-III, Rohtas at Sasaram", in place of "ACJM-XI, Rohtas at Sasaram". Considring the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed.

Let the order dated 26.07.2019 be read accordingly. "ACJM-III, Rohtas at Sasaram", shall be read in the order dated 26.07.2019 in place of "ACJM-XI, Rohtas at Sasaram", in the order dated 26.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 46306 of 2019.

Time allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the court below is hereby extended by three weeks from today. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) S.Ali/- U
