JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel appearing for the informant.
This application has been filed for quashing the FIR in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No.187 of 2020 whereby the petitioners have been made accused for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
From reading of the first information report it appears that prima facie case is made out against the petitioners and the same cannot be quashed at this stage.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
