Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 498A, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the IPC.

It is stated that in this case, the informant and the husband has now agreed to restore their matrimonial relation and for which they have filed a petition in the learned Court below pursuant to which the husband of the informant has been granted bail by the court below by order dated 20.08.2020 passed in B.P. No. 215/2020.

Petitioner is devar of the informant.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61590 of 2022(2) dt.22-12-2022 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani in connection with Bhairav Asthan P.S. Case No. 173/2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
