Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that liquor was recovered from the house of co-accused-Munna Singh. The petitioner was not there at the time of recovery of liquor, however, has been falsely implicated in this case during investigation. Further submission is that the petitioner is accused in other cases registered under the provisions of Excise Act, however, in none of the cases, there is direct allegation against the petitioner.
