JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant's 15 years old daughter went missing. The informant suspects the hand of these petitioners who are parents and son.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no tangible evidence to suggest the involvement of the petitioners in the aforesaid abduction of the informant's daughter. He submits that the only evidence against them is said to be of phone call made by petitioner No.3 on the mobile of the victim girl. The allegations are more severe against other persons. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Katori and Rabiya Khatoon are directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest/surrender, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.610 of 2015 subject to the conditions that petitioner No.2 Md.
