500 liters of sprit has been seized from the house of petitioner for which, petitioner happens to be under custody since 03.07.2016, having no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Sheo Chandra Manjhi @ Sheo Chandra Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. Case No.70 of 2016.
