The petitioner is son of the brother of father-in-law of the deceased lady and he is languising in jail since 12.06.2019 in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is not a family member and there is no specific allegation of demand of dowry against him and he has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the co-accused persons have since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 27.08.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57848 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52446 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no concern with the life and affairs of Sunil Singh and Amit Kumar, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., VIIth Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019.
