2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 325 , 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the chest of the informant with Bhala .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity . The present case has been lodged only to save skin from the case lodged by petitioner's side in Madhubani PS Case No. 159 of 2020 against informant side . Chargesheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P. S. Case No. 169 of 2020.
