The petitioner is accused in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(ii) and of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that five persons named in the F.I.R. along with the petitioner were apprehended by the police. On search, petitioner, Mantu Ram and Bablu Singh were found in possessions of two life cartridges whereas Indal Yadav and Chandan Kumar were found in possession of pistol and live cartridges.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24618 of 2017 (3) dt.05-07-2017 petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.01.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 . Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
