Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the office, within four weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, the office will place the matter before the Bench. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 25.06.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.1580 of 2021, to the extent of extending the period to deposit the first installment as directed by this Court.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period to deposit the first installment by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70970 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 petitioner is extended by eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No.21/2017.

The order dated 25.06.2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
