====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s), learned A.P.P. for the State (in both cases) and learned counsel for the informant.
2. The petitioner in both these cases seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Informant suspects that these two petitioners, on account of old animosity and land dispute, got her husband and his friend killed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and she has raised only suspicion against these petitioners because of old enmity and land dispute. During course of investigation also, there is no sufficient material against these petitioners to show their complicity in the alleged offence. Petitioner Vijay Singh (in Cr.Misc. No.59260/2025) is in custody since 27.06.2025, whereas petitioner Rajendra Singh (in Cr.Misc. No. 59476/2025) is in custody since 12.06.2025. Chargesheet has already been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.Ps. and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petitions.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, both the bail petitions are allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner of both cases namely Vijay Singh and Rajendra Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra / concerned Court in connection
