The petitioner seeks bail in Garkha P.S. Case No. 137 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The brother of the deceased made allegation that the husband of his sister was demanding dowry and also torturing his sister. The informant further alleged that the accused persons killed his sister. Petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. The informant has not made any sort of allegation against the petitioners and only suspected that the petitioners and Law Kush Manjhi (husband of the deceased) killed his sister. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
