1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has renewed her prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.549 of 2024, arising out of Industrial Area P.S. Case no.121 of 2023 registered under sections 363, 341, 370, 372, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 75, 80 and 81 of Juvenile Justice Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that on receiving secret information that a gang involved in sale and purchase of children would be coming in the Samrath Family Hotel, it is stated that the police reached there. Seeing the vehicle in question, it was surrounded and the accused persons including the petitioner herein were caught. A child was recovered from their possession.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.6.2024 (Annexure-P/1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.22912 of 2024 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew her prayer for bail after framing of charge. Referring to the order dated 3.8.2024 contained in Annexure-P/3, it is submitted that charge has been framed against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.8.2023, has no criminal antecedent and undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation in the FIR, the liberty granted to the petitioner in the earlier order of rejection dated 28.6.2024, charges having been framed against the petitioner in the learned trial Court on 3.8.2024 (Annexure-P/3), the petitioner being in custody for more than 1 year since 22.8.2023 and not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.549 of 2024, arising out of Industrial Area P.S. Case no.121 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
