The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 365 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506,147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner no. 1 has licensed Arms. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that petitioner no.1 has reported the matter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61415 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 to the police and also filed Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 364 of 2019 for the alleged occurrence, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge-XIIIcum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 365 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
